Most problems come down to the photo of the card. Here is what helps, and how to tell us when something doesn't work.

Printing the card

Print the card from the Coloring pages tab (Print) at actual size, 100%, without “fit to page”. No printer nearby? Use “Share PDF” and print it somewhere else, or try a ready-made example in the app.

Coloring

Color the animal any way you like. Leave the QR code, the black squares in the corners and the small check boxes uncolored: the app uses them to find the card.

Taking a good photo

Lay the card flat in good, even light and fit the whole card in the frame, with all four black corner squares visible. Avoid strong shadows and glare. If the app can't read the card, it says what to change; try again a little closer or in brighter light.

No sound

Check the silent switch on the side of the iPhone and the volume. In the ocean or on the savanna, the speaker button in the corner turns the sound on and off. The voice volume can be set in the grown-up settings.

Language

Zoodle Pals speaks English or Polish, following the iPhone's language. To switch only this app: Settings → Apps → Zoodle Pals → Language.

Sending feedback

Take a screenshot while playing: your iPhone will offer to send it to TestFlight with a comment. You can also open the TestFlight app, choose Zoodle Pals and tap “Send Beta Feedback”. Crash reports reach us automatically.
