Zoodle Pals is an iPhone app for children, meant to be used with a grown-up nearby. It is made by TODOIT LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom, which is responsible for the app and for this policy. This policy explains what the app stores and what it never does.

What the app stores

The child's first name (optional, the child can skip it), the names given to the animals, photos of colored cards and the drawings cut out of them, memories of play and the app's settings. All of it stays on the device.

What the app doesn't do

Zoodle Pals has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking tools. It doesn't send any data to us or to anyone else, and it works without the internet.

Because nothing leaves the device, we don't collect personal information from children.

Camera and Photos

The camera is used only to photograph a colored card. Each such photo is added to the Photos library on the device, so the drawing isn't lost; the app can only add photos there. It reads another photo only when a grown-up picks a photo of a card.

Voices

The friends' voices are recordings that ship inside the app. The app doesn't listen to the microphone and doesn't record anyone.

Deleting data

Deleting the app erases all of its data. Card photos stay in Photos and can be deleted there. Friends can also be removed in the grown-up settings inside the app.

Test version (TestFlight)

While Zoodle Pals is in testing, Apple shares with us crash reports and the feedback that testers choose to send through TestFlight, under TestFlight's own terms.
